Contact details you provide (such as your email address) when you reserve a founding spot or sign up. Business review data from connected platforms (such as your Google Business Profile reviews) when you choose to connect them, used only to generate and publish replies you approve. Basic usage and device data (such as pages visited) to operate and improve the site.
To provide the Service, communicate with you about your account and launch, process payments via our Merchant of Record, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your review content to train third-party models without your consent.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g., payment processing, hosting, email delivery, and AI text generation to draft replies). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You can request access to or deletion of your data anytime by emailing us; we will delete your account data on request.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and disconnect any connected business profile, which stops further data access.
