These Terms govern your use of ReviewReply ("the Service"), operated by ReviewReply ("we", "us"). By creating an account, reserving a founding spot, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ReviewReply helps businesses draft and publish replies to their Google reviews. The Service generates suggested replies that you review, edit, and approve before publishing. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
ReviewReply is currently in a pre-launch phase. Founding members reserve early access and a locked-in price. Founding reservations may be a fully refundable deposit or a subscription with a free period, as described at checkout. Full access is delivered at launch (approximately 3–4 weeks from reservation). Timelines are estimates and may change.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service, including any replies posted to your Google Business Profile. You confirm you are authorized to manage the business profiles you connect. If you operate in a regulated field (e.g., healthcare), you remain the responsible party for compliance (including HIPAA) for any content you publish. ReviewReply provides drafting assistance only and does not provide legal, medical, or compliance advice.
You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (including Google).
Pricing is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; see our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, which appears on your statement and handles billing and applicable taxes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
